KEO International Consultants is looking for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Bid Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial strategy of our bids, working across our core markets in the UAE, KSA, and Qatar.

As part of KEO’s award-winning team, you’ll take ownership of fee modeling, risk assessment, and pricing development for major pursuits—collaborating closely with senior leadership and bid teams. You’ll help ensure our commercial proposals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our clients’ expectations and project requirements.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and tender documents to interpret pricing requirements and scope details.

• Raise clarifications on commercial or contractual issues and manage stakeholder responses.

• Analyze contract terms, risk exposure, and commercial obligations across project bids.

• Liaise with technical teams, talent acquisition, and project leads to collect pricing inputs and staffing requirements.

• Build and refine fee models tailored to each market and project type.

• Prepare pricing proposals for internal review and investment committee approvals.

• Collaborate with Executive Directors to align pricing strategies with market dynamics in the GCC.

• Ensure timely submission of commercial files and maintain up-to-date pricing records in the bid library.

📌 Qualifications & Experience:

• 12–15 years of total career experience, including at least 3 years in a commercial bid/pricing role.

• Strong understanding of PM/CM (Project/Construction Management) services and experience with mega projects preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and under deadline-driven conditions.

• Formal degree is a plus, but practical experience and results are most valued.
