InterSystems Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Bid Manager to lead and deliver high-value healthcare-related bids for its product portfolio, including TrakCare, HealthShare, and IRIS for Health. This full-time, hybrid role requires someone with a proven track record in managing complex bids under tight deadlines. Reporting to the Clinical Executive Director, the Bid Manager will oversee the entire bid lifecycle—from identifying tenders to final submission—ensuring that each proposal is strategic, compliant, and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track all relevant tender opportunities.

• Lead the bid qualification (go/no-go) process for new business opportunities.

• Manage cross-functional bid teams including sales, product, marketing, legal, finance, and delivery stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development and presentation of high-quality bid documents.

• Ensure proposals are compliant, commercially viable, and delivered on time.

• Track risks and ensure strong governance throughout the bid process.

• Engage collaboratively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements:

• Proven success managing and delivering high-value, complex bids—preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Strong background in solutions/services with end-to-end bid campaign experience.

• Familiarity with competitive healthcare marketplaces.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with high attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

• Flexible with travel and working hours.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and make sound strategic decisions.
