Siemens Energy is seeking a Bid Management Professional to join their regional hub sales support team for Compression in the UAE. This hybrid role focuses on preparing technical and commercial customer proposals for spare parts, repairs, and full outage projects. The position serves as a key interface between client managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and global Product Competence Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and commercial service proposals for various projects.

• Support the sales team with administrative, technical, and commercial tasks.

• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to compile detailed proposals.

• Request pricing from affiliate vendors and ensure cost accuracy.

• Coordinate order handling and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives across sales support functions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Experience:

  • Knowledge of rotating equipment and experience with complex tender preparation.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools like Salesforce.com.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
