AMS International UAE is looking for a highly skilled Benefits Specialist – Global to support benefits strategy, implementation, and compliance across multiple regions. This one-year contract role focuses on program management, vendor coordination, and regulatory adherence, ensuring seamless integration of benefits programs that align with global frameworks and expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support benefits strategy, program management, and design, ensuring compliance with market practices.
• Provide inputs for written proposals and cost impact analyses, collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Assist in implementation activities, including provider selection, policy documentation, and project planning.
• Facilitate benefits integration in acquisitions where Amazon has established benefit programs.
• Ensure alignment with Amazon’s benefit philosophy, monitoring costs, financial impact, and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, overseeing performance, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and M&A teams to track progress on benefits workstreams.
• Partner with operations, compliance, and systems teams to develop and implement benefits proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in benefits program management (global or large-scale corporate setting preferred).
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and financial impact analysis in benefits programs.
• Proficiency in vendor management, contracts, and regulatory adherence.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to evaluate compliance requirements and adapt expansion strategies effectively.
