Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Bellman to join the Concierge team. The Bellman plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, including luggage handling, escorting guests, assisting with requests, and maintaining a professional and welcoming hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a hotel ambassador by greeting guests, handling luggage, and assisting with arrivals and departures.

• Deliver items to guest rooms and support the Doorman with vehicle loading/unloading.

• Maintain guest satisfaction by providing timely service, hotel information, and room tours.

• Ensure proper handling of departmental keys, radios, and guestroom access.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and workspace, including luggage carts.

• Foster teamwork, participate in meetings, and maintain strong communication with other departments.

• Engage warmly with guests, collect preferences, address complaints, and uphold MOHG service standards.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Senior School qualification or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, including 2 years in Door or Bell roles.

• Experience in the Middle East hospitality sector is a plus.

• Excellent English communication; Arabic language skills preferred.

• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver high-quality service independently.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Physically able to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.

• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
