Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Bellboy to join our vibrant Front Office team on a 6-month contract. If you’re passionate about guest services and have a customer-first mindset, this is your opportunity to create lasting impressions on visitors and contribute to a world-class hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally from arrival to departure.

• Handle guest luggage efficiently and with care during check-in and check-out.

• Maintain effective communication with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments.

• Deliver messages, newspapers, mail, and packages promptly and courteously.

• Ensure the concierge desk and store room are clean, organized, and operational.

• Maintain current knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Utilize the Opera guest profile system to understand guest preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Diploma in Hospitality or vocational training in Front Office/Concierge preferred.

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Requirements:

• UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Physical fitness and stamina to handle luggage and maintain mobility.
