Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Bell Attendant to join their hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service in areas such as reception, executive floor, communication center, or concierge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a consistent and high level of customer service to all guests.

• Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms.

• Support guest services in multiple areas including reception and concierge.

• Offer directions, answer inquiries, and ensure smooth guest experiences upon arrival and departure.

• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby and entrance area.

• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle guest concerns with patience and professionalism.

• Energetic and well-groomed individual with a passion for hospitality.
