Hilton is seeking a dedicated Bell Attendant to join their team at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences. The Bell Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel’s financial success by efficiently handling guest luggage and responding promptly to guest requests.
Responsibilities:

Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations

Retrieve, transport, and organize guest luggage according to hotel guidelines

Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with room features
-
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Assist in maintaining the appearance, functionality, and upkeep of equipment

Ensure excellent guest service is consistently delivered in alignment with Hilton standards
Skills and Qualifications:

Positive attitude with strong communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure

Capacity to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining high service levels

Excellent grooming and professional appearance

Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or in a hotel environment is advantageous
