Minor Hotels is seeking a personable and service-oriented Bell Attendant to join its luxury hotel team in Dubai. Inspired by the travels of Ibn Battuta, the hotel’s architectural design creates a unique and immersive guest experience. This role is central to guest service, offering first impressions and farewells that reflect the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.

As a Bell Attendant, you will be the face of the hotel upon guest arrival and departure, ensuring seamless and welcoming service. You will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage, guiding them through the property, and sharing local and hotel information in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly farewell upon departure.

• Assist guests with luggage handling to and from rooms, vehicles, or storage.

• Control lobby traffic and maintain order and cleanliness in guest entrance areas.

• Act as a knowledgeable source for hotel services, directions, and nearby attractions.

• Communicate effectively with the front desk and concierge to ensure smooth guest transitions.

• Uphold the image and standards of the hotel at all times.

• Perform additional duties as required by the front office or management team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bell Attendant or similar hospitality role.

• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
