Waldorf Astoria DIFC is seeking a Bell Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless, efficient, and memorable. As a Bell Attendant, you’ll embody the spirit of True Waldorf Service and contribute to delivering luxury guest experiences from the moment they step in.
Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests and assist with luggage handling on arrival and departure

Escort guests to rooms or other hotel areas, explaining hotel facilities and services

Safely store, tag, and retrieve guest luggage as required
-
Deliver messages, parcels, and packages to guest rooms efficiently
-
Maintain cleanliness and order around the lobby and entrance
-
Stay updated on hotel events, VIP arrivals, and daily functions
-
Communicate clearly with other departments for smooth operations

Uphold True Waldorf Service and Forbes Standards at all times
Supportive Functions:

Perform cross-functional duties across hotel departments as needed

Assist with any tasks assigned by management to enhance guest experience
What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude with excellent communication and guest service skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Professional grooming and presentation

Familiarity with Forbes Service Standards
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or in a luxury hotel environment
