• Derma Elite Polyclinic is seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to join the team on a commission-only basis. As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide top-tier beauty treatments like HydraFacial and laser hair removal while building lasting relationships with clients. The position offers flexibility with the potential for high earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional beauty treatments, including HydraFacial and laser hair removal.

• Offer personalized beauty treatments and skincare advice to clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.

• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Promote and sell beauty products and services to enhance client experience.

Key Requirements:

• Beauty Therapy qualification with valid DHA license and active DHA Laser Technician License.

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a portfolio of services.

• Knowledge of various beauty treatments and techniques.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Sales-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Previous experience in a commission-based role preferred but not required.

• English, Arabic, or Russian proficiency is a plus.
