Al Tayer Insignia, a premier luxury retail division of Al Tayer Group, is hiring a Beauty Specialist for its prestigious department stores – Bloomingdale’s and Harvey Nichols in Dubai. The role involves delivering a personalized customer experience, promoting premium beauty products, and contributing to sales growth while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, identify their needs through consultative selling.

• Recommend and demonstrate products, ensuring accurate usage guidance.

• Upsell complementary items and drive linked sales.

• Provide excellent till-point experience and close sales efficiently.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.

• Maintain hygiene and presentation of all displayed products and tester areas.

• Manage and replenish stock effectively, flagging reorder needs.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas including window displays.

• Assist in administrative tasks including customer database upkeep.

• Handle customer complaints with professionalism.

• Promote in-store offers and brand campaigns actively.

• Comply with store policies and standard operating procedures.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Education & Certification:

• Training or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Make-up.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years in retail sales or customer service within the beauty industry.

• Prior experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
