Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in and repeat customers to promote and sell premium nail polish products

• Share in-depth product knowledge and offer personalized beauty advice

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase brand loyalty and drive repeat sales

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Assist with product displays, merchandising, and visual setups

• Maintain an attractive, organized, and clean sales area

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or retail)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused

• Passionate about beauty products and current beauty trends

• Proficient in upselling and cross-selling techniques

• Excellent negotiation skills
