GMG, a global well-being company, is seeking a Beauty Promoter to manage sales activities for its portfolio of leading international and home-grown brands across the sport, food, and health sectors. This on-site role in Dubai focuses on driving sales, engaging with clients, and achieving business targets while promoting GMG’s vision to inspire people to win in ways that make the world better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement business marketing and sales plans to identify potential customers and achieve sales targets.

  • Adhere to sales forecasts and strategic plans to optimize Business Unit profitability.

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including client visits, negotiations, and competitive sales package design.

  • Record progress of enquiries, create reports on business trends, conversion rates, and predicted sales.

  • Promote products to new and existing clients and secure repeat business through networking at sales and corporate events.

  • Advise customers on new product developments and special promotions.

  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads; identify new customer accounts to increase sales.

  • Prepare sales-related documents and support contracting activities in coordination with the Legal department.

  • Ensure logistics for sales orders and deliveries, and timely collection of receivables.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and performance reporting.

  • Conduct customer background checks to ensure compliance with Business Unit guidelines.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the beauty and skincare category.

  • Background in Pharma or Skincare is preferred.

  • Strong command of English, Arabic, or Tagalog.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage sales operations and meet targets efficiently.
