Role Overview:
As a Beauty Consultant at FACES – Mall of the Emirates, you will be the face of our luxury beauty brands. You’ll engage clients with expert advice on skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics while driving sales and creating memorable experiences that inspire customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers with a warm, consultative approach to understand and meet their beauty needs.

Demonstrate product usage, benefits, and application techniques across fragrance, skincare, and makeup.

Achieve personal and store-level sales targets through effective upselling and storytelling.

Ensure optimal product presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising as per brand standards.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment and accurate reporting.

Support new product launches and in-store promotions, driving visibility and conversion.

Track sales performance and generate daily sales reports.

Maintain grooming and appearance aligned with luxury retail expectations.
Who You Are:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in luxury retail.

Strong product knowledge across niche fragrances, premium skincare, and cosmetics.

Passionate about beauty and storytelling with a flair for customer engagement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Russian or Chinese is a strong advantage to cater to international clientele.
