Al-Futtaim Group is currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join its Watsons retail team in the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Beauty Advisor plays a vital role in driving sales by providing outstanding service and expert product knowledge in the beauty and personal care segment.

Role Overview:
The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing courteous and personalized customer service, maintaining product displays, and meeting sales goals through suggestive selling and cross-selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Recommend suitable products with clear explanation of Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FAB).

  • Support customers in locating and selecting products based on their preferences (brand, variant, color).

  • Increase sales through upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing Average Transaction Value (ATV).

  • Monitor availability and shelf-life of products, especially GOBE items.

  • Ensure product security, report shoplifting or damages, and manage shelf updates.

Commercial Execution:

  • Restock and maintain product displays with correct pricing and shelf tags.

  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards.

  • Promote store campaigns using marketing materials.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints per company guidelines.

Operational Excellence:

  • Update pricing and shelf tags in a timely manner.

  • Adhere to display plans and planograms.

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the assigned area.

Team & Personal Development:

  • Complete required performance and development plans (MFP, PDP).

  • Actively participate in engagement and feedback initiatives (EES).

  • Comply with policies on attendance, punctuality, dress code, and conduct.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of the beauty/fashion industry

  • Retail operations experience (inventory, visual merchandising, systems, cashiering)

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and initiative-taking

  • Integrity and adaptability in a dynamic environment

  • Team player with a proactive attitude

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: High School Diploma or above (Degree is a plus, not essential)

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a retail environment, preferably within beauty or fashion sectors
