Founded in 1945 and headquartered in Seoul, AMOREPACIFIC operates with a mission to create a more beautiful world by empowering individual beauty and promoting sustainable values.

The Beauty Advisor will serve as the frontline ambassador for LANEIGE, delivering personalized skincare advice and exceptional retail service to customers. This role involves product demonstrations, consultations, and helping customers discover beauty solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the beauty sector, particularly with Sephora UAE, and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized beauty advice and skincare consultations.

• Demonstrate products and educate customers on benefits and proper usage.

• Stay updated on current beauty trends, new product launches, and promotions.

• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked beauty area.

• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.

• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

• Assist with inventory management and stock control.

• Support visual merchandising updates and installations.

• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Profile / Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty industry.

• Proven experience working with Sephora UAE.

• Eligibility to work in the UAE.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Skills Required:
