CHANEL is seeking a passionate and client-focused Beauty Advisor to join its prestigious boutique team at Al Jimi Mall, Al Ain. As a member of the sales team, you will be an ambassador of the CHANEL brand, providing exceptional client service and contributing to the boutique’s sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for luxury beauty, excellent interpersonal skills, and a refined understanding of customer experience in high-end retail.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will specialize in makeup, fragrances, and skincare, with the aim of building long-lasting relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations through a tailor-made and luxurious service journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation & Expertise:

• Represent CHANEL values and heritage in every interaction

• Share brand stories, history, and craftsmanship with clients

• Stay informed on beauty trends and continuously self-learn

• Maintain impeccable grooming in line with brand guidelines

Client Service & Sales:

• Provide personalized beauty consultations in line with CHANEL’s rituals

• Ensure each client’s visit is unique, memorable, and service-focused

• Proactively build and maintain a personal client database

• Upsell and cross-sell products across all beauty categories

• Handle client requests and complaints with professionalism

• Participate in boutique events and client workshops

Boutique Operations:

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards

• Support boutique operations with reporting and stock monitoring

• Contribute to team success by meeting sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-end or luxury retail beauty environment

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills

• Fluency in English and/or Arabic

• A passion for makeup, fragrance, and skincare, with an enthusiastic, proactive approach

• Strong clienteling skills and a refined customer service attitude
