Job Title: Beauty Advisor 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor fluent in Russian to join our luxury beauty retail team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service by recommending products, executing visual merchandising, and supporting store promotions—while building lasting customer relationships that drive sales and enhance the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend suitable products to customers, highlighting features, advantages, and benefits

• Assist customers in finding, selecting, and purchasing beauty products based on preferences (brand, variant, shade, etc.)

• Apply selling techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling to boost sales and increase Average Transaction Value (ATV)

• Ensure availability and accurate display of all GOBE products with proper shelf tags and pricing

• Monitor product shelf life and update reports as needed

• Replenish display shelves promptly and maintain visual merchandising standards

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and grooming in assigned areas

• Attend to all customer needs, provide accurate product information, and handle inquiries with professionalism

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in line with service standards

• Prepare for and implement store promotions using marketing materials and guidelines

• Update price tags regularly and follow set planograms for product display

• Complete required sales reports like MFP and PDP on time

• Support and execute agreed Employee Engagement Survey (EES) action plans

• Comply with company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, grooming, and conduct

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian is mandatory

• 2–4 years of experience in beauty or luxury retail

• Solid knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends

• Strong retail operations understanding (inventory, systems, visual merchandising, cash handling)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proactive team player with a passion for sales and client satisfaction

• Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
