Apparel Group is a leading UAE-based retail conglomerate known for managing a variety of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands. The company is currently looking for a Beauty Advisor to join its team. In this role, you will represent the brand, driving sales and providing excellent customer service within a dynamic retail environment.

As a Beauty Advisor, your responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting beauty products, ensuring product displays align with store standards, and maintaining high levels of store cleanliness and organization. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your makeup and skincare expertise while contributing to the store’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by recommending beauty products and accessories that match customer needs.

  • Demonstrate and sell cosmetics and skincare products, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the brand with a high level of professionalism and up-to-date product knowledge.

  • Maintain visual presentation and stock layout standards to attract customers.

  • Handle the Point of Sale (POS) system, including processing payments and issuing receipts.

  • Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.

  • Assist with inventory management, recording products in and out of the store.

  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and store cleanliness at all times.

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right products, creating a positive shopping experience.

  • Ensure that all transactions, including cash, credit cards, and vouchers, are processed accurately.

  • Be presentable and well-groomed during shifts.

  • Work flexible hours during sale and festival periods.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetics products and beauty accessories.

  • Strong customer service and selling skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to meet sales targets and work as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work during extended hours, especially during sales and festive periods.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and reporting.
