Apparel Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to represent the brand, drive sales, and provide an exceptional retail experience. The role involves customer service, product recommendations, handling POS transactions, maintaining store presentation, and supporting inventory management. Candidates should have knowledge of cosmetics products and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent make-up selling skills and recommend products to customers.

• Identify customer requirements and deliver exceptional service.

• Represent the brand at all times with updated product knowledge and minimal stock loss.

• Maintain store visual presentation and housekeeping standards.

• Handle POS transactions, including cash, cards, vouchers, and receipts.

• Convert window shoppers into buyers and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.

• Record inventory inward/outward and maintain accurate reports.

• Work extended hours during sale or festival periods as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Presentable, professional, and well-groomed at all times.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle cash accurately.

• Flexible and able to work extended hours during peak periods.
