We are looking for a skilled Beadwork Specialist to join a creative and quality-driven team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and hands-on experience working with beads to create high-end designs on textiles and other surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create intricate beadwork patterns

• Sew beads accurately onto fabrics or other materials

• Select and organize appropriate beads and thread for each project

• Collaborate with fashion designers and clients to meet project requirements

• Repair, restore, and maintain beaded garments and accessories

• Train and guide junior artisans or apprentices as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Monitor inventory of beadwork supplies and place orders when required

• Meet tight production deadlines and ensure quality standards

• Stay updated on new beadwork techniques and trends

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in hand beadwork, embroidery, or textile decoration

• Strong attention to detail and precision in bead placement

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a workshop environment

• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Creativity and artistic sense

• Knowledge of various bead types, threads, and materials

• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in beadwork

Preferred:

• Portfolio showcasing previous beadwork or embroidery projects
