Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong mixology skills, a passion for creating exceptional drinks, and a friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary plus tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons.

• Take customer orders and serve drinks and snacks.

• Assess customer preferences and make tailored drink recommendations.

• Mix ingredients to craft classic and innovative cocktails.

• Present and maintain the bar menu.

• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with legal drinking regulations.

• Restock and maintain cleanliness and order behind the bar.

• Deliver a memorable and guest-focused service experience.

• Follow all food and beverage service and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender.

• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.

• Ability to multitask and maintain an organized, clean workspace.

• Computer literacy is a plus.

• Relevant bartending or hospitality training certificate preferred.
