We are hiring on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai, renowned for its world-class hospitality, refined ambiance, and exceptional guest experiences.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and personable Bartender to join the food and beverage team at a high-end, Italian-inspired venue within a prestigious Dubai hotel. The ideal candidate will bring passion for mixology, a flair for customer service, and experience working in fine dining or upscale environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the bar area with all required tools, glassware, garnishes, and beverages.

• Engage warmly with guests, take drink orders, and serve beverages with speed and precision.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the drink menu, including Italian cocktails and signature mixes.

• Prepare drinks according to hotel standards, focusing on presentation, taste, and consistency.

• Support the training of junior bar staff on service etiquette, hygiene, and cocktail preparation.

• Collaborate with management on drink offerings, seasonal promotions, and upselling initiatives.

Requirements:

• Male candidates, aged 38 years old or below

• Degree or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury setting or Italian restaurant

• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktail techniques, garnishing, and customer interaction

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment with a service-first mindset

• Excellent communication skills and a well-groomed, professional appearance
