EFS Staffing Solutions is hiring Barista Helpers to join their client’s hospitality team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is open only to candidates on a visit visa who are passionate about customer service and eager to work in a fast-paced coffee environment. The role involves assisting senior baristas in beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist baristas in preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station and equipment.

• Restock ingredients, utensils, and supplies as needed throughout the day.

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a professional manner.

• Support the team in maintaining a safe and tidy workspace at all times.

• Ensure a positive and efficient service experience for all guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus but not mandatory.

• Must currently be on a visit visa in the UAE.
