Role Overview:
As a Barista Market Developer, you will be at the forefront of Oatly’s market growth in the UAE, championing the Barista Edition across specialty coffee shops. You’ll leverage your experience in the coffee industry and build strong relationships with top-tier cafés to make Oatly the preferred dairy-free alternative in the market. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Dubai, with some travel expected across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the market development strategy for Oatly Barista Edition.

• Build lasting relationships with leading independent coffee shops across the UAE.

• Gather feedback and performance insights to support innovation and product improvement.

• Monitor competitors and market shifts, and devise proactive response strategies.

• Engage and grow Oatly’s network via café visits, coffee roaster partnerships, and events.

• Represent Oatly at local and regional events with energy and authenticity.

• Educate stakeholders on sustainability and its role in the coffee ecosystem.

• Report to the BMD Manager and collaborate with international teams.

🌟 Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE café scene and independent coffee shop landscape.

• Commercially savvy and capable of building win-win business relationships.

• Self-starter mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Comfortable working remotely and traveling as needed (car required).

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
