Job Summary:
KOHII Coffee Shop is seeking a full-time Barista to join their team at the Cloud Kitchen Branch in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, skilled in food preparation, and committed to delivering top-tier customer service. This is an on-site role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks and beverages.

• Handle customer orders and ensure timely order dispatching.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee bar and preparation areas.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.

• Operate coffee machines and related equipment with care and precision.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow company guidelines on quality control and food safety.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven barista skills and food preparation experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Friendly attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Previous experience in a café or food service setting is an advantage.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
