Role Overview:

The Barista at Al Samar Lounge will prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, pastries, and other menu items while delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.

• Maintain complete knowledge of the menu and contribute to bar menu development.

• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard operating procedures and quality standards.

• Handle billing, payment transactions, and daily calibration of coffee machines and grinders.

• Manage stock rotation and replenishment according to hygiene and FIFO standards.

• Address guest feedback or complaints promptly and report issues to the Outlet or Assistant Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant sector within a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
