Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks.

• Greet customers and take orders in a warm, efficient manner.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and brewing equipment.

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the cafe area.

• Monitor inventory and alert management when restocking is needed.

• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Assist in training new team members.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere aligned with local and global hospitality standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing F&B role.

• Solid knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Basic math skills for handling cash and stock.

• Flexible with work shifts (early mornings, weekends, holidays).

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Ability to work in a multicultural, high-paced environment.

• Passion for coffee and creating great guest experiences.
