As a Barista, you will be the face of our café offerings, delivering artisan beverages and unforgettable guest service in a fast-paced, design-forward setting.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with consistency and artistry

• Engage guests warmly and provide personalized recommendations and service

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment

• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service delivery

• Participate in menu innovation, suggesting creative drink ideas that reflect the Hyatt Centric brand

• Follow safety and hygiene standards according to UAE hospitality regulations

🎯 Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista in a high-volume or luxury café environment is preferred

• Passionate about coffee, customer service, and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with espresso machines, manual brewing methods, and latte art is a plus

• Energetic, team-oriented, and willing to learn
