Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with consistency.

• Operate coffee equipment including grinders and espresso machines with precision.

• Engage warmly with customers and educate them about brewing methods and coffee profiles.

• Maintain a clean and organized barista station and ensure hygiene standards.

• Produce visually appealing latte art and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.

• Manage inventory and assist with restocking supplies.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours.

• Handle cash, card payments, and orders accurately.

• Support store ambiance and cleanliness to reflect the brand’s premium image.

Qualifications & Requirements:
