We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team at one of our stores in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role requires someone who can prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items and ingredients.

• Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, and manage credit card payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas, following health and safety standards.

• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering and receiving shipments.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist with training new staff members as required.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Experience with POS systems and handling cash transactions is preferred.

• Ability to work well within a team and assist with training.
