FOMO Cousina and Lounge, located in the heart of Dubai, is a 24/7 lifestyle destination known for its fusion of international cuisine, cozy indoor seating, lively terrace, and vibrant atmosphere with live DJ sets and sports screenings. As part of our commitment to providing memorable dining experiences, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, on-site role for individuals who take pride in crafting exceptional beverages and delivering excellent customer service in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffees, teas, and signature drinks.

• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality in all beverage preparations.

• Operate coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and customer areas in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed; report stock shortages to the supervisor.

• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth café and lounge operations.

• Demonstrate flexibility in working different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

• A strong passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is an added advantage.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
