Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Educate guests about the menu, ingredients, and beverage options

• Take and prepare orders with attention to detail, including noting allergies and preferences

• Follow established recipes to prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages

• Serve beverages and light café food items efficiently

• Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked at all times

• Maintain and troubleshoot espresso and brewing equipment

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Relay customer feedback to management and suggest new menu ideas

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role preferred

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and a positive attitude

• Flexible schedule and availability for shift work, including weekends

• Basic math skills for handling payments
