Job Title: Bar Back

Job Description:

We are hiring a Bar Back to join the dynamic F&B team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, particularly within the refined ambiance of an Italian dining experience.

You will support the bartenders and service staff in ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organized, and operating smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and Italian hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, wines, mixers, garnishes (such as lemon, basil, and olives), and clean glassware, especially during peak service hours.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to hygiene standards and luxury Italian dining expectations.

• Assist in delivering beverages, refilling water, and engaging with guests to uphold the warm and inviting Italian atmosphere.

• Prepare and cut fresh ingredients for Italian-inspired cocktails and mocktails.

• Support the bar team during pre-opening preparations, setup, and shift transitions.

Qualifications:

• Female, aged 38 or below

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Italian restaurants or luxury hospitality settings

• Familiar with Italian beverages, bar tools, and fine-dining service etiquette

• Experience with pre-opening operations is a strong advantage

• Currently residing in the UAE
