JK ULTIMATE SOLUTIONS is seeking a Badminton Coach for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The coach will design and deliver effective training sessions, develop programs to enhance player skills, provide technical and tactical guidance, and monitor athlete progress. This role also includes organizing competitions, fostering sportsmanship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for players of all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct structured badminton training sessions.

• Develop tailored training programs to improve player performance.

• Provide technical and tactical instruction to athletes.

• Monitor and evaluate player progress and give constructive feedback.

• Organize and manage regular tournaments and competitions.

• Maintain a positive, safe, and encouraging training environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of badminton rules, techniques, and strategies.

• Proven coaching experience with players across different skill levels.

• Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in organizing and managing badminton tournaments.

• BWF Certification, First Aid, and CPR certification are a plus.
