Job Overview:
STAY is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Barista to join their growing team. The role involves preparing specialty coffee, creating latte art, and ensuring top-notch customer service to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages following standard recipes and quality standards.

• Create latte art and visually appealing presentations for beverages.

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

• Communicate clearly with team members and customers, fostering positive relationships.

• Assist in day-to-day café operations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in the F&B industry in the UAE, specifically as a Barista.

• Strong knowledge of beverages preparation, specialty coffee, and latte art.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500
