Key Responsibilities:

Champion customer service standards and ensure client needs are met.

Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to the B2B Sales Manager as needed.

Achieve and exceed sales targets using creative sales techniques.

Drive sales by leveraging product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell.

Ensure understanding of product range and promotions to share with clients.

Manage payment processes and collections in authorized modes.

Support internal teams to ensure business success and operational standards.

Contribute to sustainability goals by supporting the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow strategy.
Required Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree.

3-5 years of industry experience in B2B sales.

Experience in luxurious furniture sales is essential.

Strong command of English.

Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
