Job Title: B2B Sales Executive 

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on driving group bookings from corporate clients, particularly schools and educational institutions, for field trips and outdoor experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Engagement: Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage potential corporate clients including schools, organizations, and businesses through direct outreach, site visits, and presentations.

• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy specifically targeting school field trip bookings, seasonal activations, and brand campaigns.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education and corporate sectors. Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve or surpass revenue targets.

• Reporting & Collaboration: Manage sales activity using CRM tools, track leads and pipeline progress, analyze performance data, stay informed on market trends, and collaborate with marketing to boost business development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the family entertainment, hospitality, events, or leisure industries.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in Arabic, a valid UAE driving license, and access to a personal vehicle are considered strong advantages.

• Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to 11,000 AED per month (based on experience and qualifications) + commission + performance-based incentives
