Intel Corporation is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist based in Dubai, UAE to drive B2B marketing initiatives across the Middle East for their Data Center and AI portfolio, with a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM). The role is hybrid and part of the EMEA Marketing Team, offering the opportunity to work in a multinational, cross-functional environment, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and activate marketing strategies aligned with Intel’s B2B product portfolio.

Coordinate and launch campaigns in the Middle East, particularly in UAE and KSA markets.

Utilize paid media, digital platforms, and industry events to reach target accounts and communities.

Create and manage localized content and customer experiences tailored to multicultural market needs.

Align marketing efforts with product, sales, and KPI objectives.

Use social listening, campaign performance, and sales metrics to measure impact and optimize strategy.

Foster alignment between sales and marketing while managing regional and local requirements.
Required Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).

Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in high-tech or government-related roles.

Strong project management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

Experience with Salesforce, 6Sense, and platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and Reddit.

Proven success in content and campaign creation, digital customer engagement, and ABM strategy.

Ability to assess competitive landscapes and build strong market presence in UAE/KSA.
