Dubai Islamic Bank is hiring a highly experienced testing professional to lead its enterprise-wide testing function within the Transformation Management Office. The AVP will manage the full lifecycle of testing — including UAT, SIT, QA, and defect quality — and spearhead testing governance, automation, and performance management in a fast-paced digital banking environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a UAT management framework, governance, and SOPs.

• Ensure high-quality UAT test script development, planning, and execution.

• Manage and track the UAT testing schedule across active and pipeline projects.

• Oversee resource planning and engagement for UAT activities.

• Establish robust reporting and communication frameworks for senior management.

• Define UAT entry/exit criteria and monitor test quality and schedule impacts.

• Design strategic approaches for UAT operations and portfolio management.

• Define KPIs and balanced scorecards for UAT performance monitoring.

• Develop toolkits and templates to streamline UAT processes.

• Prepare strategic reports and insights for executive management.

• Drive process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

• Foster strong communication with stakeholders to align UAT with business KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Solid background in Banking, Digital Transformation, Test Management, and Project Management.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise-level testing initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Agile practices and AI-driven testing tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Experience preparing strategic-level reports for executive stakeholders.
