We are seeking a dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to drive sales growth and establish strong business relationships across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in automotive sales, dealership partnerships, and fleet sales.
Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities, including dealership partnerships and fleet sales.
🤝 Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.

Provide product training and support to dealerships and customers.
📊 Market Analysis & Business Development

Conduct market research to identify trends, business opportunities, and competitor activities.

Stay updated on industry trends and market developments in the MEA region.
📢 Sales Presentations & Negotiations

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
📈 Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Ensure continuous growth and expansion in the MEA market.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably within the MEA region.
✔ Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
✔ Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics in the MEA region.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Fluency in English is required; Arabic and Chinese proficiency is a plus.
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region.
