Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by masking, sanding, and cleaning before painting.

• Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate finishes.

• Apply primer, base coats, and clear coats using spray guns and finishing tools.

• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality and correct any imperfections.

• Maintain all painting tools, spray booths, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in automotive painting.

• Skilled in paint mixing systems and refinishing techniques.

• Familiarity with both water-based and solvent-based paint systems.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to finish quality and color precision.
