Burjline Builders, a reputable name in the UAE’s construction and services industry, is currently hiring an Automotive Call Center Agent to join their on-site team in Dubai. This customer-facing role is essential to ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by providing support, resolving issues, and efficiently managing customer communications related to automotive services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of communication, solid computer skills, and a customer-first mindset. Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred, particularly within the automotive or service industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries or complaints.

  • Research and provide accurate product or service information to customers.

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate urgent issues to higher management as necessary.

  • Process forms, applications, work orders, and service requests accurately.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and actions taken in the CRM system.

  • Open and track work orders as required.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

  • Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude with all customer interactions.

  • Perform administrative duties and support general call center operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience dealing with the public in a customer service or call center setting.

  • Strong verbal communication skills with excellent grammar.

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure.

  • Solid computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage high call volumes.

  • Calm demeanor and professionalism in emergency or conflict situations.

  • Strict adherence to customer confidentiality and data protection policies.
