Burjline Builders, a reputable name in the UAE’s construction and services industry, is currently hiring an Automotive Call Center Agent to join their on-site team in Dubai. This customer-facing role is essential to ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by providing support, resolving issues, and efficiently managing customer communications related to automotive services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of communication, solid computer skills, and a customer-first mindset. Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred, particularly within the automotive or service industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries or complaints.

Research and provide accurate product or service information to customers.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate urgent issues to higher management as necessary.

Process forms, applications, work orders, and service requests accurately.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and actions taken in the CRM system.

Open and track work orders as required.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude with all customer interactions.

Perform administrative duties and support general call center operations.
Requirements:
