Syncrow IoT Solutions, a leader in smart home innovation, is hiring a Full-Time Automation Engineer to join its team in Business Bay, Dubai. Syncrow’s mission is to enhance daily life through cutting-edge IoT technologies that are user-centric, efficient, and innovative.

As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming smart home concepts into reality by designing, configuring, and commissioning home automation systems. This role bridges technical expertise and customer interaction, ensuring tailored solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site technical inspections and assess client needs for home automation devices and functionalities.

• Lead the design, configuration, installation, integration, and testing of smart home systems, including lighting, curtains, HVAC, AV, alarms, and security.

• Troubleshoot system failures both on-site and remotely.

• Develop innovative control solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Prepare detailed automation layouts and wiring diagrams.

• Attend training sessions from international smart home suppliers to stay updated on the latest devices and programming tools.

• Ensure all project activities comply with company health and safety policies and procedures.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in home automation, preferably in the UAE.

• Proven experience in residential home automation projects.

• Familiarity with smart home wireless systems (e.g., Zigbee, Wi-Fi).

• Valid UAE driving license required.

Skills Required:

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking.

• Strong learning agility and ability to adopt new tools and programming languages.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with AutoCAD for layout preparation.

• Flexible with working hours and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
