Job Title: Autoline Expert (Finance, Logistics, POS, and Reporting Modules)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Autoline Expert to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have comprehensive expertise in module-level operations, issue resolution, report development, and system validation, with a strong focus on financial and operational processes. This role requires proficiency in handling month-end and year-end procedures, troubleshooting cross-functional issues, and leading continuous process improvements across various business areas such as finance, logistics, POS, and reporting modules.
Key responsibilities include:
- Finance Module Expertise:
- Perform daily verification, report validation, error/issue fixing, and month/year-end closing for the Nominal Ledger.
- Resolve issues and ensure the smooth operation of the Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger, including month/year-end closing processes.
- Conduct VAT compliance checks, reconciliations, and error corrections.
- Validate and adjust the Asset Register and Accruals, ensuring proper monthly/yearly closings.
- Resolve errors, develop/amend reports, and manage reconciliation and JV uploads in the Management Accounts.
- Reporting, Printing, and Analytics:
- Develop, validate, and maintain Autoline financial and operational reports across all modules.
- Manage and monitor dashboards on QlikView and Power BI platforms.
- Handle cost center mapping, data reconciliation, and issue resolution within BI platforms.
- Configure, format, and troubleshoot Autoline Forms & Format Stationery.
- Resolve issues and optimize processes for the Print Manager & Spooler.
- POS and Purchase Control Systems:
- Address issues and ensure proper configuration of the POS module, including posting table setup and validation.
- Handle operational issues and system validation within the Purchase Control system.
- Logistics and Inventory Management:
- Resolve issues and validate processes within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Provide audit support, error fixing, and generate FIFO aging reports for stock management.
- Set up posting tables and perform validations for the VM module, including month/year-end closing activities.
- System Monitoring and Scheduling:
- Monitor the Agent Scheduler and Agent Log, detecting and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct database operations such as copying, validation, and maintenance across different environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing and optimizing complex systems. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding team members at all support tiers and ensuring successful project implementations.
Salary: AED 23,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
