Reeva Technical Services Contracting LLC, a top-tier technical services provider specializing in facility maintenance and smart building solutions, is hiring an AutoCAD Draftsman – ELV Systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, updating, and finalizing drawings for ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, intercom, and more across high-rise, residential, and commercial projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare AutoCAD design and shop drawings for ELV systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, data/voice cabling, PA/BGM, and more.

• Draft and revise schematic diagrams, riser layouts, and single-line diagrams.

• Produce accurate as-built drawings based on redline markups and site modifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to finalize and clarify drawings.

• Ensure all drawings meet SIRA submission standards and regulatory compliance.

• Organize and maintain drawing records, logs, and version control.

• Assist in compiling documentation for client approvals, authority submissions, and handover.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in AutoCAD drafting within ELV or MEP projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus).

• Deep understanding of ELV system designs, symbols, routing, and codes.

• Familiarity with both new developments and retrofit project environments.

• Knowledge of SIRA compliance requirements.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Able to verify site layouts and cable routes efficiently.
