Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Electrician specializing in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems in crushers, heavy machinery, and mobile equipment. The ideal candidate will excel in diagnostics, sensor calibration, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical faults to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in crushers, screens, jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, and other heavy equipment.

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, control panels, and lighting systems for both mobile and stationary machinery.

• Conduct routine electrical testing and maintenance to ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency.

• Calibrate and troubleshoot electrical components, including sensors, relays, starters, controllers, alternators, and batteries.

• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately.

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and ensure all equipment is compliant with electrical safety standards.

• Collaborate with mechanical maintenance teams during equipment overhauls, repairs, or emergencies.

• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation as per company protocols.

• Support commissioning and electrical testing for new machinery installations or upgrades.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience as an Auto Electrician in a heavy machinery or mining/construction equipment environment.

• In-depth knowledge of crusher electrical systems and mobile heavy machinery.

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and electrical testing instruments proficiently.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for industrial and heavy equipment.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Technical certification in Auto Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
