Job Summary:
Deloitte is hiring a Typist (Experienced Associate) in Audit & Assurance for its Abu Dhabi office under a full-time, on-site contract. The role is part of the Internal Client Services (ICS) team and focuses on preparing bilingual documentation (Arabic and English), particularly financial reports and client correspondence. This position suits a detail-oriented professional with excellent typing, administrative, and communication skills who thrives in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Type and format audit and assurance reports, engagement letters, proposals, contracts, tax-related documents, and other professional correspondence in Arabic and English.

Ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards in document preparation.

Handle routine administrative tasks including drafting correspondence and assisting with office-related duties.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and maintain professionalism in all communications with clients and stakeholders.

Communicate issues or inefficiencies in office processes to the management team.

Provide support in responding to emails, telephone inquiries, and other communication as needed.

Contribute to the firm’s goals by maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proficient in Arabic and English typing, with accuracy and speed.

Strong verbal and written communication skills across various mediums.

Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), email systems, and internet applications.

Well-organized with excellent time management and the ability to work independently under pressure.

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
