Condé Nast Middle East is seeking an Audience Development Manager for Vogue Arabia and GQ Middle East. This full-time position is responsible for executing audience growth strategies, optimizing content distribution across various digital platforms, and ensuring the reach and amplification of content for the brands. The role involves working closely with editorial, marketing, and product teams to deliver the right audiences for Vogue Arabia and GQ Middle East, with a focus on increasing engagement across social media, SEO, newsletters, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital media and have a strong background in online audience development.
Responsibilities:

Develop global audience strategies to achieve commercial and consumer revenue targets.

Implement audience development and social strategies tailored for the Middle Eastern market, covering platforms like websites, social media, newsletters, and video.

Execute newsletter strategies in collaboration with editorial teams, optimizing content, subject lines, and formats for maximum engagement.

Partner with editorial teams to ensure content excellence in newsletters, incorporating strong visuals and maintaining editorial voice.

Analyze social engagement data and trends to plan digital campaigns and enhance online communities.

Provide actionable insights to content teams for continuous optimization of content based on data and audience feedback.

Support the execution of distribution strategies for key global and local stories (e.g., cover reveals, interviews, events).

Collaborate with SEO teams to implement SEO strategies and maintain best practices.

Work with consumer revenue teams to support initiatives such as memberships, events, and commerce.

Identify new opportunities for growth based on digital trends, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights.
Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in digital media, online marketing, or publishing, with a strong understanding of online business models.

Proven experience in audience growth through SEO, social media, and newsletters.

Strong leadership and line management skills with a focus on creating collaborative workflows.

Proficiency in tools like Sailthru, Parse.ly, and Google Analytics.

Experience with A/B testing strategies and data analysis.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to editorial and management teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
